Who is responsible

Super DC is a project of its founders and is not yet incorporated. For anything about your personal data, write to [email protected].

What this website collects

Nothing on purpose. The site has no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms, and we do not keep logs of visits.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare acts as our service provider under its own privacy policy. The website itself runs on a server in Switzerland.

When you email us

If you write to an @super-dc.com address, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. Emails reach us through Cloudflare Email Routing and are stored in Google Gmail. We use them only to reply and to stay in touch about Super DC, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Data outside Switzerland

Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Both are certified under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted by writing to [email protected]. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

If this changes, for example when Super DC is incorporated, we will update this page and its date.
